Is it safe to use my credit card?

Absolutely. We have taken every precaution to make your transactions secure. Our Internet site is built on the MerchandiZer (tm) system which utilizes industry-standard security measures, including SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). Nevertheless, if you prefer, our website also offers you the option of submitting your order by mail.
All account information submitted to us is safely isolated from unauthorized Internet access.


Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax will only apply to residents of California.


How can I pay for my order?

We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards. We also accept checks and money orders. Orders paid by check require a 5-business day wait to clear our bank unless you are an established customer. No waiting on money orders. If you are sending a check, please send it to the name and address given below.


How much will my shipping charges be?

Shipping is based on weight and distance. When ordering, the total cost of goods and shipping, as well as sales tax, if applicable, will automatically calculate and be displayed before the order is submitted. Preorders which will ship separately, should be entered as a separate order to calculate the shipping correctly. For domestic orders, UPS Ground is our most economical shipping option and takes approximately 5 business days to arrive. 3-day UPS, 2-day UPS, Next-day UPS and USPS express mail are available for rush orders. UPS does not deliver on weekends. International orders are sent by USPS express which provides tracking. When an international order is placed, we will email you with the shipping charge for your acceptance.


What if I need to return or cancel my order?

If not satisfied with your purchase, please email us for a "Return Authorization Number." (Unauthorized returns will be refused or charged a 15% restocking fee at our discretion; cancelled orders subject to 15% fee). Returned merchandise must be received by us IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION within 14 business days from date of receipt and we suggest using UPS or insured mail for your return. Shipping charges are not refundable. Returns of free shipping items will have original shipping savings deducted from refund. No refunds, returns or exchanges on layaways or special orders. After a return has been received, please allow 1 week to process. If you used a credit card, refund will be credited to your credit card; if you paid by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you.


What if you don't have all of the items in stock; what is a PREORDER?

Items marked, "Preorder only" have not been released yet by the artist or are out of stock. Preordered items will be reserved for you and will be shipped as soon as we receive them. Preorders will be charged a 20% nonrefundable preorder deposit when order is placed. Balance will be charged when order is shipped. If we have an estimated arrival date, it will be listed in the description. Please note, we have no control over release dates; arrival dates are estimates, subject to change, and not guaranteed. If you cancel your preorder, your 20% deposit will be considered a cancellation fee. If you need immediate shipment, please select only items marked "In Stock." Please submit orders for "In Stock" items separately from "Preorder Only" items so shipping calculates correctly.


What is your policy on privacy?

We do not sell, trade, rent or otherwise share your personal information.


How do I track my order?

Go to the "Track Order" page and you will receive details about any outstanding or back orders, and their status. Once your order has been shipped, we will email you a Shipping Confirmation with the UPS tracking number. You can track your package at www.ups.com.


Do you have "Layaway?

Yes, we do. Layaway splits your purchase plus shipping into 4 equal payments. For layaway, order as usual putting a note in Comments Section to set up as layaway. We'll manually adjust order to only charge 25% & will send a receipt showing payment. You'll be charged 25% each of the next 3 months with doll being shipped with last payment. Note: Auto-confirmation will show entire amount but you'll actually only be charged 25%. Deposits & layaway payments are nonrefundable & nontransferrable.
