Certificate Ordering
Not sure what to select?
A gift certificate is the perfect way to give a gift that
allows the recipient to choose the doll or bear that's just
right for them. Our gift certificates are valid for one year
from the date ordered.
How to
Order:
If you would like us to
send the gift certificate(s) to recipient(s):
- Select the amount of
the gift certificate.
- Submit a separate
order for each recipient.
- Enter your name and
address in the "Bill to" section of order; enter the
recipient's name and address in the "Ship to" section of
order.
- When we receive the
order, we'll send the gift certificate by U.S. mail to
the lucky recipient.
- We'll send you a
shipping confirmation by email and a copy of your receipt
by U.S. mail.
If you would like to
give the gift certificate(s) yourself:
- Select the amount(s)
of the gift certificate(s).
- Submit the
order.
- Enter your name and
address in both the "Bill to" and "Ship to" section of
the order.
- When we receive the
order, we'll fill in the amount(s) of the gift
certificate leaving the recipient information blank for
you to fill in.
- We'll send the gift
certificate(s) directly to you along with your receipt.

How to Redeem Your Gift
Certificate:
To Redeem Over our
Website:
- Place your order as
usual.
- Select "Gift
Certificate" as the method of payment.
- Enter the gift
certificate number on the following page.
- If order is less
than the amount of gift certificate, the balance will
remain as a credit on your gift certificate for later
use.
- If order is more
than the amount of gift certificate: 1) Enter order using
credit card as payment 2) Put a note in "Comments"
section with the gift certificate number asking us to
apply the gift certificate first, and use the credit card
for remaining balance.
To Redeem by
Mail:
- Make out your order
as usual.
- Enclose gift
certificate along with your check or money order for any
remaining balance. Send to: Ellen's Dolls,

- If order is less
than the amount of gift certificate, the balance will
remain as a credit on your gift certificate for later
use.
- You can also enter
your order over our website, selecting "Check by Mail" as
the payment method. Print out the order and enclose gift
certificate along with check or money order for any
remaining balance. Note: With this payment method, you
must send the order in as it will not be transmitted to
us.
